Convert Word to PDF (Simple)

Convert Word (.docx) to PDF entirely within your browser. No file upload needed. Use it with confidence.

⚠️ This is a simple conversion. Body text, headings, bullet lists, tables, and images are carried over, but the layout won't be exactly the same as the original Word file (fonts and fine positioning are simplified, and text is exported as an image). If you need to preserve the formatting precisely, use Word's “Save As → PDF.

How to use

Drag & drop (or select) a Word (.docx) file and click “Create & download PDF.” It's exported as an A4-size PDF. Files with many pages or images may take a while.

Note: All processing happens entirely in your browser. Your files are never uploaded to a server.

FAQ

Will it look the same as the original Word file?

Because it's a simple conversion, it won't be an exact match. Fonts and fine positioning are simplified, and text is saved as an image. If you need precise formatting, we recommend Word's own PDF export.

Are my files uploaded?

No. Conversion happens entirely in your browser (on your own device), and your files are never sent anywhere.

Can I use .doc (the older format)?

Only .docx is supported at this time. For a .doc file, please save it as .docx in Word first.

Can I search or copy the text in the PDF?

In a simple conversion, text is exported as an image, so text in the PDF cannot be searched or copied. If you need the text, use “Word to Text.
