How to use
Just choose the length (slider) and the character types to use (uppercase, lowercase, numbers, symbols). Enable “Exclude look-alike characters” to avoid easily confused characters such as 0 O o / 1 l I. Use each password's “Copy” button to paste it straight in.
* Passwords are generated entirely inside your browser using crypto.getRandomValues (cryptographically secure randomness). Generated passwords are never sent to or stored on a server. As a rule of thumb for strength, we recommend “12+ characters plus all four character types” for important accounts.
FAQ
Are the generated passwords uploaded?
No. Generation happens entirely in your browser (on your own device), and passwords are never sent or stored externally.
Are they truly random?
Yes. They are generated using the browser's cryptographically secure randomness (crypto.getRandomValues), with care taken to avoid bias.
How long should a password be?
For important accounts we recommend at least 12 characters, and ideally 16 or more including symbols.
